About the Role:
Customer Service Representative will work on site, in the office. The shift is Saturday & Sunday evening 2:30pm - 8pm, Monday & Tuesday evening 4pm - 8pm. There is an opportunity for more hours! Join KC Flow Heroes LLC as a CSR, where you'll play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and building positive relationships between a company and its clients. A CSR is a professional who interacts with customers to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products or services also schedule appointments & dispatch the techs. Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls, making out going calls, emails, or messages from customers
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
- Resolve customer complaints and troubleshoot problems
- Coordinating delays in schedule with customers and service technicians
- Document customer interactions and maintain records in company systems
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved
